No Smoking: Please note that this is a strictly non-smoking apartment. The apartment is equipped with smoke detectors.

No Parties: Strictly no parties are allowed in this apartment as the apartment is located in a residential building. If you come to party, please book somewhere else.

No Noise at Night: Excessive noise is not allowed after 10PM/22hs as the apartment is located in a residential building until 8AM/8AM the next morning.

The apartment has a NoiseAlarm installed: This device only measures the noise volume level and sends an alert when the maximum set limit is exceeded. By measuring only sound pressure, NoiseAlarm does not record any audio, video or conversation, and offers 100% privacy to guests.

This system helps make tourism more sustainable. If you do not respect these rules, we reserve the right to ask you to leave immediately, as the relationship with our neighbours is of utmost importance to us.

Late check-ins: If you arrive outside of normal check-in hours, please note that a late check-in fee will be charged. If you arrive after 22/8pm the fee is €20, and after 24/12am the fee is €50.

If a guest loses a set of keys during their stay, a charge of €80 will apply.

Please note that if you book at the last minute (less than 24 hours before your arrival), the official check-in time will be subject to our availability and will be after 16:00.

Municipal Tax: We have to charge you the Barcelona Municipal Tax per guest over 17 years old per night, before your arrival at the apartment. Please note that this may vary depending on the current year.

Lovely

Quiet local community with bakeries on almost every corner, cafes and restaurants...we were spoilt for choice. Walking distance to the main attractions in town. Toaster died and was replaced within the day..quick response to any concerns we had regarding the property. Thankyou to management & host.

Great flat in great location

Enjoyed our time in Barcelona. We had a problem with the oven not working but they were quick to respond and replaced it within a couple of days. Would definitely stay here again!

An oasis in a busy city

A comfortable and charming Pied a Terre in a really beautiful neighborhood with loads of really nice dining opportunities and good vibes right outside the front door. Very quiet apartment and enjoyed early morning walks and gathering foods for breakfast at the nice dining table. You will feel like a local in a beautiful residential area with close proximity to many of the sites.

Amazing apartment!

Such a great apt with all amenities you need and THE BEST LOCATION. Really a perfect spot to spend a nice week in Barcelona. Walking distance to a lot of main neighborhoods and close to key metro stations making going anywhere very easy and quick. The street it’s on the filled with restaurants, coffee shops, bars and more! The management company is super responsive and helpful.

Excellent rental

It was a pleasure working with the Stay U-nique team. Communication was prompt, professional, and complete. The apartment was clean and as described. Note that the balcony faces the inner courtyard so it is quiet and we were able to leave the windows open. We so appreciated having the kitchen and a washing machine. The company delivered a gift basket to my daughter for her birthday. So nice! The location is incredible! We walked everywhere. Excellent restaurants and grocery stores close by. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Location, But Some Drawbacks to Consider.

We enjoyed the charming location of this apartment in Barcelona—centrally located less than 5 minutes walk from the Diagonal metro station, with plenty of great local restaurants and shops nearby. The neighborhood was lively and offered a genuine taste of local life.However, there are some important aspects to consider. While the apartment has charm and potential, it could use some a fresh coat pf paintand some TLC. It was definitely not as clean as we expected. The bathroom has areas where the sheetrock tape is coming off and peeling.the baseboards and the light switches were dingy and in need of heavy dusting.We experienced a strong sewer smell at times. We also experienced a lingering sulfur odor, likely due to the water heater's location in the bathroom with limited ventilation. The balcony opens up to the interior court of the block, not the street and the windows have a 2 way mechanism so it was easy to keep them open to air out the apartment. Below the apartment is a great restaurant (Enriquetta) and the staff takes their breaks directly under the balcony so there can be some noise at night.On a positive note, the management team was responsive and arranged for a maintenance person to fix a leaking sink during our stay, which we appreciated. The bedrooms are tiny but cosy, and the mattress in the double room was quite hard, but overall, the location and charm of the apartment made it a unique experience.

Appartement calme et très bien situé

L'appartement est très bien situé, dans un quartier que nous avons beaucoup apprécié, tout à la fois résidentiel et animé, proche des principaux lieux de visites à pieds ou en métro. Le quartier offre un grand choix de très bons restaurants ce qui est top. L'appartement est très calme ce qui est très appréciable. L'équipement de l'appartement et son standing sont un peu sommaires et pourraient être améliorés.

Great spot in Barcelona

Clean and comfortable apartment in a great part of Barcelona. Lot's of good restaurants, bars, grocery stores and bakeries and close to Las Ramblas. Check-in was easy and communication was excellent. Beds were a bit small and the bedrooms a bit cramped for four tall adults, but they were fine--hey, we were in Barcelona and the weather was great!

Such a cute Apartment!

Our stay was really nice. The StayUnique team is wonderful and even surprised my mom with a bottle of bubbles and chocolates on her birthday. The apartment is very cute and we were able to feel comfortable throughout our stay. The only issue I had was the walls being too thin. I would hear the neighbors walking and talking throughout the night, but other than that it was a great stay!

Tolle location, super Lage

Das Appartament liegt super zentral, die Lage ist perfekt, um in alle Richtungen auszuschwärmen und dennoch ist es ganz ruhig. Cafés und Restaurants gibt es in Hülle und Fülle genau vor der Haustür. Das Doppelbett ist weich, aber das ist ja Geschmacksache:). Alles war sehr sauber, nur der wunderschöne Fliesenboden sollte mal wieder nass gewischt werden. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war perfekt und der Aufenthalt sehr gut organisiert. Gerne wieder.
