We enjoyed our one night stay here! The staff was very helpful and even helped us call a taxi to the airport and bring our luggage out. Bed was comfy and bathroom was nice. Only concern was people setting off fireworks for the holiday all around the hotel and it feeling a bit unsafe walking from the train to the hotel.

Excellent Excellent Excellent location! The train station is a 5 minute walk from the hotel and we got around easily using the metro. The hotel room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful to get us started on our siteseeing journey. I highly recommend and would definitely stay again if I return to Barcelona.

Amazing experience. The staff was super helpful when it came to recommendations both local and popular. The hotel is fairly new so taxis struggled with knowing where to go but once we said Calle Nicaragua, they knew exactly where to go. The tourist areas were not far and the hotel is located away from congested zones so it was nice and quiet at night.

5 Days at Via Sants Hotel Barcelona

We were welcomed with fresh fruit and lemon water in the lobby upon arrival. Great location within 400 meters of train station and metro. The hotel has 50 rooms and 6 floors with the top floor an amazing open air terrace. The staff is fluent in English, French and Spanish and are very helpful especially with our questions about Barcelona in general. The room has a small fridge and coffee maker and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Lots of amenities including a small bar and an outstanding breakfast each morning. We stayed on the second floor and there was no road noise or any noises that disturbed us at all. The place seemed like a large home instead of a hotel. Very comfortable and cozy. The GM, Mr. Gonzalo Lopez, has done a great job with this property and has a well trained, motivated staff eager to help. Housekeeping was very responsive if we needed anything. Our stay here was wonderful and I hope to be able to come back again.

Service, facilities, room quality and cleanliness were all good and what I would have expected of a 4 star hotel with Hilton branding. Check-in was quick and efficient and the staff member was friendly and welcoming. Check out was similarly quick, efficient and friendly. My only issue was when I went to the bar on my first evening (12th Dec) and waited and waited to be served whilst the staff member just completely ignored me. It was really bizarre as there was no one else being served... it was like I was invisible. My command of Spanish language isn't good so I didn't have the confidence to speak up. I found it embarrassing so I left and went to a local bar in the neighbourhood instead. Maybe they were just overtired rather than lacking in customer service skills. Who knows? Anyway, that aside, my experience of this hotel was very positive.
