Holiday Home 'Azenha Da Lagoa Negra' with Lake View, Private Pool and Wi-Fi

An old watermill has been transformed into a cozy house by a small lake. All restoration work was carried out to preserve its rustic charm while ensuring comfort. The house is set in a beautiful, peaceful rural area next to a lily-covered lagoon.



Alongside modern comforts, you’ll find a covered barbecue area and a private pool.



Access is easy, just 12 km from the city of Póvoa de Varzim, its beaches, and the A28 motorway connecting Porto to Caminha. Barcelos is also 12 km away, and Apúlia beach is 5 km from the property. The last meters of access are on a dirt road. Street parking is available.



The house has many steps inside and out. The location is secluded, right by a lagoon with ducks, frogs, and various birds. You may hear typical village sounds like dogs, cats, and tractors, as well as the usual rural scents. Charging electric cars or campervans is not allowed. Parties are not permitted. Please inform the host in advance if you wish to bring pets. Pets are allowed on request and are available for an extra fee. The pool is open year-round. Heating is available from November to March.



A maintenance company accesses the garden to service the pool, so please keep the gate closed and pets supervised during these times to prevent them from leaving the property.
