"Elevator didn’t work and they tried to give us a room on the 3rd floor. Room was outdated with no accessories like pots. Had to sign paperwork saying we couldn’t cook in the room. No water pressure in the shower, slow drain to tub and mold around it. "

"The bath tub had no stopper. My son and I are both handicapped AND chose this room bcuz of the tub. Called the desk and they said call the help line. No answer. The heat wasdifficult to figure out as was the internet. Once again call the help line. No answer On POSITIVE NOTE the room was spacious and clean and had a wonderful kitchen and nice couch. The next morning the ladies at the desk were very helpful and courteous."

No where to hang your towel. No hand soap. Hotel said it was recently renovated. I’d ask the company who renovated for their money back. Water leak caused bubbles in the ceiling and walls in our room. People smoking pot. Wouldn’t recommend."
