Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and the breakfast was good.

staff was very helpful, they even gave us a towel to wipe the dew off of our motorcycle seats.

Liked everything

I mean it was a hotel like many others. Clean and friendly staff all around. But the one thing this hotel stands out from all others we stayed in is the staff at the breakfast buffet. Friendly, helpful and extraordinary attentive and cares about the guests. If I have a good start in the day, it only makes the day go better.

We greatly enjoyed our brief stay. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

This is one of the nicest, cleanest hotels we have visited in years. Love it!

Stay here whenever I'm passing thru Elizabethtown. It's always a highlight stay on my trips. Excellent staff, helpful and friendly to a person. Cleanliness beyond expectations, etc. etc. If there was a choice of a rating higher than "Excellent," would have chose same.

I travel for business and the basics I look for in a hotel are: (1) Cleanliness, (2) Quiet - I'm a light sleeper, (3) Comfortable bed and pillows, (4) Plenty of hot water and good water pressure, (5) Pleasant, helpful staff, and (6) Decent breakfast. This Hampton Inn covers everyone of those. In fact, it's my hotel of choice when I'm in the area, even when it's a 30 minute drive from where I need to be.

We went there to bring our son to report to Ft Knox. The location was great and the Hotel is fantastic.

Our room was large and clean, with functional ac, quiet, and easy parking.

I was quite impressed with the facilities of this hotel. The rooms are very clean, and everything worked well. The iron/ironing board was a nice extra.

for the last 4 years when we go up to and back from Michigan, we stay at this facility. Other than the location (kinda sketchy area you have to drive through with lots of people walking around aimlessly) we will stay here again!

Clean room

I stayed while visiting my daughter and was I glad I did. The employees were very nice and helpful. The breakfast is outstanding, basically all you need is there. Very delicious and you are allowed to take some back to the room, they won't let you starve. The beds were great, not real firm but close, choices of soft or firm pillows already on the bed. T v was good and the room was quiet all four nights that I was there. For just a few dollars more than other places, it is worth it. I plan to...

We had an issue with our room and alerted the staff of issue. They were very accommodating and pleasant. They upgraded our room with no questions. Each staff member was so pleasant. They even offered us pizza (from the staff lunch!) Their breakfast buffet was awesome. I would definitely stay here again.
