Property Overview

This upscale, single-story home offers 1,450 sq. ft. of comfortable living space on a large, scenic lot in a quiet neighborhood. The open floor plan allows for family and friends to gather and enjoy the time here.

It features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is located just north of the Martha Collins/Bluegrass Parkway off Springfield Rd (Hwy 150) — near My Old Kentucky Home State Park and only 1 mile from Bardstown’s town center.

This is our personal residence when we’re in Kentucky, so it’s beautifully maintained, well-stocked, and very comfortable.

Wonderful central location for visiting Bardstown. Plenty of fluffy towels and breakfast items. Pat provided great communication with very nice attraction and dining suggestions. Would definately stay here again or refer someone.

Except for the endless rain , we had a wonderful stay. The house location is so handy to historic Bardstown, great restaurants, and distilleries. The house was sparkling clean and very comfortable for 4.

Great Bardstown rental

We had a great time on the whiskey trail and staying atThis rental was wonderful. Close to town and a lot of the distillery’s. The house was very comfortable and had everything you would need. The owner was in touch making sure we didn’t need anything.
