"ABSOLUTELY NO communication with management. 5 emails and 2 calls to number provided with check in email met with NO response to the request for WiFi password and we had no Wi-Fi access for our entire stay. There was NO information provided about anything connected to the room so we had no one to contact. There seemed to be 20 rooms in the unit so if Wonderful Italy has a manager there they need to do some SERIOUS training. Room was nice, clean and had a great kitchen but no starter supplies...

"The apartment was clean and check in was a breeze as Marc is on top of the communication to get everyone in. The apartment is as shown and was very comfortable for the 4 of us. Check out was equally easy. Marc is a receptive host who quickly answers questions or responds to inquiries. The only caution I would advise for older travelers, the staircase to the loft bedroom is steep, narrow and spiral. Getting heavy suitcases up the stairs would be difficult.
