The location of the apartment is very convenient for those wishing to reach us by train or car. It is located just three minutes walk from the Bari Centrale station, on a non-traffic-limited street.
We are in the Umbertino district the most elegant and prestigious area of Bari!

The renowned shopping streets, Corso Cavour and Via Sparano, as well as the University of Bari "Aldo Moro", are easily reachable in just 5 minutes walk.

The apartment is on the second mezzanine floor of a period building without a lift.
It is not suitable for children and elderly people as you have to climb 57 steps to reach the floor of the apartment.

Our apartment has been completely renovated and newly furnished in July 2019. It comfortably accommodates 2 people in 37 square meters of space.

Living area: kitchenette equipped with Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, microwave oven, induction hob, fridge with freezer, dishes, cooking utensils and wine glasses.
Bathroom: shower cubicle, toilet, bidet, washing machine with dryer and hairdryer.

Equipped with: split air conditioning hot / cold (present in the bedroom and in the living room / kitchen); free unlimited wifi; two televisions, both in the bedroom (32 inches) and in the living room (40 inches); mosquito nets on all windows; iron and clothesline.
The apartment also has a small safe for valuables with a customizable combination.

Parking is not included, but there is ample possibility of paid parking both on the "blue lines" and in a special garage ("Roma" Garage) which is located immediately adjacent to the building and which also provides night service and hours.

All identity documents of the residents must be shown upon arrival as required by Italian law. Please note that check-ins after the indicated time must be arranged directly with the hotel and require a supplement as follows: - 21.30 - 23. 00: € 25.00; - 23. 00 - 24. 00: € 30.00; - 24:00 - 01.30: € 40.00.
