IL LEON D'ORO HOTEL BARI – BY FARACE HOTELS

"Do not stay anywhere else in Bari but here. Honestly, this was the best hotel we stayed in during our three weeks in Italy. Location is fantastic, just across the street from the train station and walking distance everywhere. Hotel is immaculate, and rooms are elegant and spacious. Breakast is included and is a spectacular offering with everything you could ever want and more. Make your reservation for the rooftop patio as soon as you check in so you do not miss out on the fabulous sunset, drinks, food and service. Grazie Beti and Gianni for your excellent service every day. We left the hotel for our next destination relunctantly, but also left feeling like we had just spent several days and nights in luxury and refinement while not breaking the bank. Arriverderci until next time!"

"Only complain was that the safety box did not funktion. Nice with the ”smileys ” in the bathroom. They dont have breakfast but is easly Done by buying in grocery store and put in the refridge or take a breakfast at restaurant close by Well Done Ulf"

"Updated rooms with great Hair Dryer, Gym adequate. Bed very cheap & not comfortable. Reception staff and breakfast staff exceptional. Dinner of Salmon was not Grilled it was grease Deep Fat fried. Parking convenient. Overall good stay"

"Staff was really lovely and welcoming to us and let us check in 30 minutes early as the room was ready. Breakfast was good in the morning lots of options. House keeping was very friendly. However our room had a weird hand print on the wall that was kind of red/dark. The beds are very uncomfortable and springy. You can hear every single person in the hallway which makes it hard to sleep. There was also a weird clicking sound in the room that would go off. Besides that it’s an excellent location it’s close to Bari/monopoli/arberobello etc."

"Excellent hotel. Facilities annd room's are really good and very clean. Lovely pool. Good restaurant in hotel but no other options close by. Location is ok but would not walk into town and back of an evening going through the underpass by the station. So taxi both ways. It’s ok during the day but not a pleasant walk."
