詐欺？

「クレジットが使えないから他のカードの番号を知らせろ」とのメール。hotels.comに登録しているカードは常用してるもので、使えないはずはない。しかも現地払いのはず。怪しい。直前に「カードのクレジットがないから」と一方的にキャンセルされる。余裕であるはずだが。「そちらの知ってる私のカード番号を教えて」とメールしても音沙汰なし。現地で直接交渉しようと出向くも、ホテルが見つからず。（数日後、地図とは違うブロックにあるビルの入居者看板で見つけた）これで、no show 扱いで違約金でも取られたら悪徳。久しぶりに宿の予約がない海外出張という体験をした。

Gut und in absoluter Bahnhofsnähe

Schwer zu finden. An der Klingel steht nur Viasperano und nichts von Hotel oder B&B und es gibt viele Klingeln da. Auch wenn Google das Gegenteil behauptet befindet es sich im McDonald's und nicht im Burger King Gebäude.

Very unreliable.

Unbelievable. How can this person be involved in the travel business in the first place?!! My flight to Bari was late. I informed the person prior to my departure of my late arrival. Once in Bari at midnight, I received an email saying that I was too late, that he could not wait for me and that I had to find another hôtel!!!!! Never trust à booking made at this place.

Ho fatto una prenotazione... mi chiama il titolare dell'hotel per dirmi che il check in va fatto entro le ore 18 (che io al momento della prenotazione non ho notato in quanto occorre cliccare su un miniuscolo pulsantino). Sapendo di non poter arrivare nei tempi massimi, il titolare mi ha suggerito di annullare la prenotazione. Al momento dell'annullamento l'operatore Expedia mi dice che non è rimborsabile ma che avrebbero chiamato l'hotel e se il titolare accettava, allora il rimborso sarebbe stato effettuato. Ha chiamato e il titolare ha detto no. Ho chiamato anche io e mi ha risposto che non me lo avrebbe fatto. La mia domanda è: ma allora cosa mi chiami a fare e soprattutto perchè mi chiedi di annullare quando non accetti il rimborso? A me e ai miei colleghi non mi vedrete mai più. E un consiglio per Expedia è di evidenziare sempre l'orario del check in invece di farlo cercare all'utente.

駅近で広いB&B

予約後、宿泊前日に到着時間の確認メールが来ました。ビルの1フロアのみなので看板などがなく分かりにくいですが、インターホンを押すとすぐに反応があり、チェックインもスムーズで、部屋の設備の説明もちゃんとしてくれて安心です。 周りにはファストフードやケバブのお店くらいしかありませんが、スーパーもあるので食事を安く済ませたい人にはむしろ良いかもしれません。 コーヒーメーカーはあるものの、朝食はすでにお部屋に用意されたジュースやラスクみたいな乾き物(？)しかありません。ちょっとさみしいので、私はスーパーでヨーグルトなども買いました。朝8時になると部屋の外にあるテーブルに、ジャム入りのクロワッサンを置いてくれます。 ホテルから港まで歩きましたが、個人的にはブラブラしてるうちに海が見えてきたという程度の距離感だったので、足腰に不安がある方以外は街ブラする為にバスを使う必要はないかな、と思います。

Zentral gelegenes Hotel. Alles ist zu Fuß möglich.

Ich habe eine Städtetour gemacht. Hauptsächlich wollte ich die Altstadt von Bari, die Kathedrale und die Nikolaus-Basilika besuchen. Der Aufenthalt war für mich ein voller Erfolg. Alle Ziele waren in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Sehr schön war auch die Fußgängerzone von Bari, ein Genuss für alle, die Weihnachtsdekorationen lieben.

Big scam. Could not contact hotel and no refund.

This facility is a big scam. I had booked 2 rooms for 2 nights. I was at the airport in Milano waiting for my flight to Bari when I got an e-mail saying that the facility would close at 7pm. I answered the e-mail to ask how we could organize with the check-in, since I would arrive around 9.30pm. I got no answer. All further attempts to reach the facility by phone or e-mail failed. I called Hotels.com, which also made multiple attempts to contact the facility with no luck. I sent another e-mail to Viasparano saying that I needed to cancel my reservation, since there was no way of getting in contact with them. Also this e-mail was left unanswered. I had to book another hotel in Bari and ended up paying for both. I called Viasparano repeatedly on the next day, and after many attempts I finally was able to speak to an extremely rude and 0% service-oriented guy telling me that I should consider the money lost and there was no way they would provide a refund. Please stay away from this facility unless you want to risk ending up in the street with no possibilities for a refund. I hope that the booking services like Hotels.com and Booking.com will blacklist them from their listings.

A..BnB zum Hotelpreis

Die Bilder suggerieren noch eine gewisse kleine aber feine Moderne. Leider handelt es sich dabei aber eher um eine Sozialwohnung. Ein Fahrstuhl für mehr als 10 Stockwerke, das Personal kann nicht mal grobes Englisch. Das vermeintliche Frühstück im Zimmer bestehend aus eingepacktem Zwieback, 1 Croissant und 2-3 Konfitürplastikpäckchen, eine Kaffeemaschine und eine halbe Kanne Milch wird auf Wunsch morgens im Flur gestellt (am 2. Tag natürlich vergessen worden). Wurst/Käse/Obst Fehlanzeige. Das Bad hat großflächig Schimmel hinter dem Boiler, heißt auch nicht zu lange duschen. Die Dusch-Ablage befindet sich mangels haltender Druckköpfe auf dem Boden. Schlicht und einfach eine Enttäuschung. Preis/Leistung stimmt einfach bei weitem nicht.

B&B comodo e confortevole, colazione scarsa

Struttura in ottima posizione vicino alla stazione dei treni (anche per l'aeroporto) e nella via dello shopping, non distante comunque da Bari vecchia (10 min a piedi). Camera con arredamento moderno e letto comodo; bagno e doccia spaziosi. La mia camera era al terzo piano (reception al settimo) ma con ascensore. Colazione spartana: si consuma in camera con vassoio già preparato con prodotti confezionati, ad eccezione di una brioche fornita alla mattina in orario da concordare. Necessità di comunicare anche l'orario di arrivo, per poter fare il check-in col gestore; pagamento totale all'arrivo.

it is a normal family flat, restiled into a bed and breakfast. it is slightly new. new windows but lot of draughts from them. Air heating and conditioning available, but unuseful sincethe remote control was not there. Breakfast is in your room, very standard and pre-prepared. the only fresh thing was a croissant which a lady brought every morning at around 8 o'clock knocking at your door. Landlord and other people there are keen on meeting your needs as much as they can

Ce fut un séjour horrible dans ce lieu.Le gérant est un escroc et une personne violente. Je me suis retrouvée avec une autre personne ayant lui aussi une réservation pour une chambre , il fit un choix entre nous et me claqua la porte au nez malgré ma réservation. Au lieu de trouver une solution à ce problème il préféra user de la violence en me poussant et me criant dessus. J'ai dut me débrouiller seul afin de trouver un autre logement au dernier moment. Ce monsieur ne devrait pas faire ce métier et encore moins être sur des sites tel que hôtel.com
