"Great getaway, two kids and two adults. Cozy cabin in the woods! It is very close to another cabin, which luckily for us was unoccupied, but does detract a bit from the isolation we were seeking- and may have been a bummer if there were folks so nearby- but the woods were wet and lush and bursting w spring and the creek ran high and loud! We loved it,and was just what we needed! "

"Nice quaint motel style room in tiny community. Great bakery…don’t miss it! Room comfy beds, clean crisp linens and towels, coffee/tea in room. Fridge and micro with plates and napkins. Not many places for a night out meal, but I wasn’t there for that. This place fit my needs while Monroe was booked out for a weekend event. Staff/housecleaning very pleasant."

"We had a great time in there. We enjoyed the view and it was so beautiful. There are plenty of hikes around the area if you love hiking. The kitchen supplies needed some upgrades but other than that we loved everything."

"I came for a respit by the river in the mountains. That's exactly what I found. The cabin has been well loved over the years and has a comfy, worn coziness. The interior woodwork is warm and woodsy. The view from the windows is nothing short of spectacular. No hottub or oven as of 4/2024, so plan accordingly. "

"My husband and I stayed for a quiet weekend getaway, and the property was absolutely perfect! The cabin was clean with updated furnishings and a working kitchen. The hot tub was clean, the path to the river was so cute with lights lining the way, and the space near the river was something from a dream. While the cabin is a part of a community, it felt very secluded in the trees and we hardly heard anyone else. We are already planning a trip back!"
