"Very disappointed with dumpy stinky lobby that reeks of smoke and dinginess. Never expected such poor experience at a Hampton Inn. I made the reservation for my out of state guest and I was embarrassed to put her in this hotel. So I cancelled the rest of her stay and moved her to another hotel. It was a motel experience.. eewww.."

"This stay was ok. When we first got there, we notice the bathroom was not the cleanest ie dirt on the floor, but most obvious was splatter of maybe chocolate ice cream all over the wall? Not sure what it was, but clearly no one tried to wipe it off and it was literally everywhere on one section of the wall by the trashcan. There was another spot on a wall in the room where drink or something else had been splashed all over the wall. That one may have been a stain? The bathroom one could be cleaned. We mentioned this to the front staff and nothing was done. Breakfast was a good selection. Walls are fairly thin."
