"Hotel and service is great. The area immediately is good though if you want to walk downtown is a different story. The area on the way downtown is very sketchy and the homelessness and drug use is rampant. I would be cautious if you want to walk downtown "

"Exceptional guest services! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly by hotel staff. The front desk staff were extremely friendly, efficient and helpful. Easy parking and a comfortable, well appointed room. Breakfast was included in our stay and the service and food was exceptional! Easy walking to the BMO center. The entire hotel has a lovely modern artsy vibe. Cannot say enough good things about our stay. We will be back! "

"Excellent stay with way above average design and amenities. I liked the storage at the entry - felt homey and like we could have settled in for ages. I loved them offering to bring us ice when we called about ice machines. Great service. The only strange thing was there weren’t true blackout blinds in the room just wooden blinds. "

"Our hotel room was amazing... The front desk staff was very helpful. The shuttle service on the way to the airport was not good. The Van was extremely dirty with dead bugs all over the front seat and on the inside of the front wind shield. But the shuttle service from the airport to the hotel at the end of our trip was in a shuttle Bus and was Excellent. The only other complaint was that the water park was still down for maintenance while we stayed there which was a disappointment. "
