Victor (concierge) and Irene (waiter on 2 occasions) were so helpful and made us feel at home and cared for. Confusion with Espa reservations and with lunch service before we departed left me feeling that exceptional service is individualized, rather than organization wide. Nevertheless, all staff were polite and helpful. The facility is quite well done and well maintained. Although it’s a bit distant from the City Center, staff were prompt in calling for car service!"

"Stunning property! Incredible staff. The location was STELLAR!!!! If you want to be close to town, this is not your place. IF you want an incredible experience …. This is your place! Food was great. The service in the bar was not all that great however there was one waitress that swooped in and caught everyone up and helped the entire bar. I wish I had her name because she deserves a huge raise!!! I love this place and would stay here over and over again. Just such an amazing staff and location!"
