Ocean side 1st floor duplex offers 3 bedrooms and 1 and ½ bathrooms with central air and a pool. This Sunday to Sunday rental is perfect for those looking to avoid that Saturday traffic! Tenant must sign a pool addendum with the lease confirming that children in diapers will not be allowed in the pool. 6 beach badges are provided by the owner but not guaranteed, if lost they must be replaced by the tenant. Absolutely no smoking or pets allowed on the property. Owner resides on the 2nd floor. Owner will provide pillows and blankets for tenant use.
