"Even though the staff was nice and professional, the hotel rooms and the hotel in general were run-down. The rooms we stayed in had dirty walls, and the mattresses were as hard as rocks. A little paint goes a long way. The staff was super nice; it's just that the hotel was very outdated. We had to stay there due to no vacancy at the other hotels in Big Lake. I probably wouldn't stay here again if it were an option. "

"The room appeared to be fairly clean. However everything was just off. The sheets had not been changed. There were food crumbs, stains and hair all over them. The internet WiFi was only available for an hour. The towels and wash rags looked like several oil workers had uses them and then they were just rinsed out. We left and didn’t even come back for the second night."
