Enjoyed my stay here for the week I was working in Big Lake. Never had any issues. Very kind staff and guests as well. Only thing I wish was the shower got a little hotter as it’s starting to get cold again. Will be back if work ventures me here again.

Place is absolutely disgusting, you definitely get what you pay for! Walls and floors are stained and splattered with who knows, bugs in the bed and the smell! After 30 minutes of being there I was gone! I don't need luxury but I would rather sleep in the street before sleeping here! Front desk person acts like she has no clue what's going on, pictures shown online are not at all the property

Got a huge hastle about my service animal. He still let me have the room but had a serious problem. Told him to contact the ADA AND HE SAID OK THIS TIME BUT his boss says no animals, service or not. This is a serious problem. More than likely, will not stay here again and will contact the ADA.
