"Rooms always clean and tidy ,breakfast has everything you could possibly want "

"We had a king sized room on the second floor. Comfortable bed. Amazing views of the lake plus it was lovely to have a balcony with outside seating. It was easy to control the heating. Good self service breakfast."

Staff were OK, our email confirmation said check in at 3pm but when we got there the receptionist said 4pm. They had an event on the Sunday evening and we could still hear loud music at 11pm"

"A very clean and quiet hotel. No issues with noise and a lovely breakfast. Staff were very helpful and when I asked about food late one evening the guy on reception actually went into the kitchen and put me a pizza on."
