"Overall this is a really great hotel! We stayed in a beautiful and wonderful room with a great view of the lake. The front desk staff was very helpful and nice. My only complaints are that the pool was out of order, a few of the machines in the gym were out of order, and the breakfast was a bit boof, with a limited selection. I expected more from the amenities due to how much we paid to stay here. Just some food for thought! Truly a great hotel, just would love some improvement in the aforementioned areas! Also, I have to know why there were birds in a cage at the front desk. Who do these birds belong to?"
