"Located in the busy area of Barra de Navidad. Shops and restaurants literally around the corner. Lots of local food vendors and small grocery stores. It can be noisy at night but I found that when I went into bedroom the noise decreased significantly and I was not bothered at all, slept well. Bed very comfortable and minisplit air conditioning in bedroom. Unit is small enough that just bedroom ac is enough to keep place comfortable. Ceiling fans added to comfort. Kitchen was adequate with utensils and pans. Had everything I needed. Lots of hot water for shower. Upper deck pool and patio area was spectacular with views of the harbor/inlet area. The Wi-Fi worked well without any issues. I felt very safe in this location. Would stay there again. Manager Abel very nice. Couldn’t figure out how to call his cell even using country code but that was probably my issue, not his. I would definitely stay there again."

"Casa Misifus is an excellent choice: easy quick stroll to the beach, Malecon and Centro. Quiet and safe area yet close to great restaurants. Well appointed private suite with kitchenette. Lovely pool. Cate serves a hot breakfast every morning and is attentive, friendly and helpful. Highly recommended."

"I had some problems with understanding the cost, but the next day, there was someone who spoke English, and explained about paying a commission. I had not been aware of that."

"Do to my lack of the spanish language; I was able to communicate effectively with the lady who checked us into our room. The main doors are locked between certain hours each night, and she showed us how we wohld be able to enter the building after that time. Complimentary coffee was available each morning at the front desk. Our room faced the street, so we were concerned about toad noise, but it was not too bad. There is a pool, but we did not have an opportunity to use it. I would not hesitate to recommended this hotel to anyone."
