Terrible room. Not even one Chair to seat or a sofá. no drowers for clothing or a place to Hang clothes….. nothing at all . Had to put my stuff on the floor. When we arrived they informed us that the pool would be close. In fact it was closed until the day we left. Room had no window, basically a jail Cell !!! Absolutely terrible room. At least the staff was very nice

Acústica horrível do local. Se escuta todos os passos do corredor, inclusive os barulhos da cozinha para preparar café da manhã. E atendimento dos funcionários deixa a desejar.

Achamos razoável as acomodações, infraestrutura e serviços. As imagens não correspondem a realidade. Café da manhã razoável, instalações hidráulicas no banheiro com problema. Reservamos de última hora em substituição ao cancelamento de outro hotel com propaganda enganosa. O Prime nos atendeu mas não é uma opção que retornaria. Piscina não estava limpa, com limo e água turva. Nós atendeu, mas não é uma opção que considero depois desta hospedagem. Longe do centro é difícil acessso para táxi. A cidade de Barreirinhas decepcionou muito em termos de infraestrutura. O que salva essa cidade são os passeios. Estes sim, são fantásticos. Pelos passeios retornamos, mas pela cidade não retornaríamos.

Otima mas longe do centro

O hotel é novo e muito gostoso, a equipe de atendimento é bastante atenciosa, mas é distante do centro embora 2,7 km parece perto, vc depende de taxi pra tudo e a agencia de turismo que faz o passeio alega ser longe e nao vai buscar, recomendo se ficar la fechar os passeios no hotel para evitar o desconforto. Nao tem uber entao baixe o aplicativo vamos car, vai facilitar muito, se for de onibus a guanabara é uma boa empresa, lembre se de comprar antes

Hotel novo , precisa apenas melhorar a questão do funcionamento no que se diz respeito a quando estão realizando serviços, pois nosso quarto estava com vazamento na ducha e no outro dia ficamos sem água pq desligaram para manutenção mais não nos comunicaram.

Hotel deixou muito a desejar.

Localização: Longe do centro, acesso ruim Limpeza: Deixou muito a desejar, chegamos e tinha cabelo no ralo e na toalha de banho sobre a cama, a limpeza do chão era péssima, cheiro ruim nos quartos, vidros sujos. Condições: Sem ventilação, a janela da pro corredor, não tinha nenhum local pra pendurar toalhas, nem no banheiro, nem no quarto. Café da manhã: Fraco, apenas margarina pra passar no pão, pouca variedade.
