"We loved the house--it was homey and clean, and it felt like someone's actual home. So many short term rentals these days are investment properties and feel like they've been outfitted by AI--something that had a vague idea of what a human on vacation might want, but no actual human experience. The kitchen and bathrooms had all the things we needed, the livingroom was cozy and all the furniture was comfortable. Sitting on the warm rocks down by the beach was lovely, and there are SO many great places to walk nearby. We highly recommend the Appalachee Preserves, which are just a short walk away. We ate out at Ports of Italy and the Thistle Inn and both were delicious. We had a great visit and would definitely stay here again. "

"The property was excellent and exactly as described. The location was perfect, very close to the footbridge and downtown and we could easily walk to everything in the Harbor. But far enough away to enjoy the quiet. It was really nice not having to think about parking. Barrett park is very close too, and was a great place for the family to relax, kids to play, swim, fish and watch the boats and seals in the cove.The house was clean and well stocked, including the kitchen. Plenty of blankets, bath and beach towels, toiletries and supplies. Washer/dryer were great to have with a family. Second bedroom was large and nice for our kids to have their own space. Upstairs neighbors were quiet. We would definitely stay here again."
