Staff were very friendly. Indoor pool was great! Hotel is older but it has what you need. Breakfast buffet was standard but our kids found something to eat so that's a win! Overall would definitely stay again with my family (two kids 6 and 2)

Staff was great to deal with, with the phone ringing off the hook she found a balance of checking me in while helping the never ending phone calls. Props to her I wish I could remember the name. The hotel is decent, definitely quiet. The rooms are very spacious and the beds super comfortable. I would stay here again.

Hotel was okay, it was clean. The toilet would run if the handle wasn’t in the exact right position. The indoor pool was open, hot tub remains broken. The outdoor pool was drained and had a lot of debris and furniture in it making it look kind of run down.

We needed to stay somewhere on a budget and Allure fit the bill. It was minutes from the rink and the staff were lovely. The indoor pool was clean, but sadly they have no operational hot tub. The building and rooms are definitely worn - almost to the point of run down. But the beds and pillows were top notch - comfortable and clean. My daughter and I stayed for 5 nights. We slept well and felt safe.

The location was convenient and the parking was free. Front desk staff helpful. Building really beat up and lots of signs of damage (doors, walls, baseboards). There were very few people at the hotel (summer which was odd). No breakfast. You can park right by your room which is easier. The beds were quite comfortable and the blankets warm. I did not use the tub nor shower.

The pool was great. The hot tub wasn't working. The outdoor pool area looks pretty bad. I stayed here years ago and we used to walk through the courtyard. This time I tried that and it was overgrown and had empty cans and garbage laying around. Then the door was locked so we can't go that way anymore but they could have still cleaned it up. The parking was great. I parked right outside my room and the dog was able to come in and out nicely. It was quiet and the room was fine but I couldn't work the airconditioner so it was hot over night. Overall it was decent for the price.

This place needs a clean up from top to bottom, it has potential. Did not say the restaurant was closed, sold our neighbors a breakfast package with no way to offer it, not even coffee in the lobby. There was luggage out in the hall and a dog locked in the room from our check in at 3pm till we checked out at 10am, we called for a wellness check on the person and dog in the morning. Staff did not do anything regarding this until someome threatened to go in and get the dog, sliding door was open, then they also called the OPP. On the plus side, beds and pillows were comfy and no bugs. Pool was nice also. Some outside seating would be nice as all the picnic tables were broken. No internet or tv during our stay. 1 staff on so was unable to leave the front desk to fix anything or look into the dog concern, will not stay here again.

I was disappointed to learn when I got to the hotel. That there was no food service on-site. There is a restaurant, but that was booked out for a large group. I reached out to the front desk to see if they had a toothbrush, because I forgot mine, and they didn't. The HVAC in the room was very loud but bed was comfortable.
