This room was very clean, quiet, and comfortable; however, it had no grab rails in the shower, and the tub tap was leaking. Other than that, I had a great stay. The bed was very comfortable, and the TV had many channels to choose from. The pool was great, a nice way to relax, and breakfast was quite delicious. Housekeeping and the staff were very friendly and attentive, overall a very nice trip, and I would definitely stay again

I had a wonderful stay. The room was excellent, the bed was very comfortable, and it was very clean. I had a quiet stay, and the pool was relaxing; some children and parents were enjoying themselves, too. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and housekeeping was top-notch. Breakfast is served at 6 am and is really tasty. There is a common room, but I took my breakfast back to my room. The shower can get quite hot, so watch the temperature, but it's still a great way to start the day. All in all, I enjoyed my stay and will definitely stay here again.

I had an amazing stay. The room was clean and quiet, and housekeeping was on point, always ready to help. The entire staff was knowledgeable and did their jobs well. The pool was refreshing, as was the hot tub; breakfast was delicious; I had a very comfortable sleep; the room had a great TV with good choices to watch; and the privacy blinds were a plus

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spotlessly clean. I am a light sleeper away from home and I really appreciated how quiet it was. We will certainly be repeat customers. There is also a great Indian restaurant, a short walk down the road. Overall a very pleasant stay.

The rooms were clean, the staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating, breakfast was great and the breakfast person on was Matt, he was such a treasure, make sure to say hi when you go! The pool was a little cold but refreshing and the hot tub was amazing and relaxing. We got exactly what we needed out of our stay.

The staff were very cheerful and accommodating. The breakfast is quite good with lots of variety. There was daily housekeeping, but we were there for 6 nights and the sheets were never changed, just the beds made up again, which I thought was strange. Fresh towels replaced any that had been used. The building itself is older, so there are some issues that come with that like squeaky floors, narrow stairways, and doors that are aren't exactly square in the frame. It seems the company is repairing and remodeling as needed, so not all the rooms have the same size, style, age, and quality of items such as the bar fridge, TV, shower/bath, etc.

Breakfast was good, breakfast staff was helpful and even checked me out when concierge was not at desk. Room was okay, hair in the tub, marks on the walls and a drawer in the dresser would not stay closed. Other than that bed was comfy. Think the hot tub should be open an hour later to accommodate an adults only hour so kids are not splashing in the tub at all hours. Stay was fine, worked for what I needed.

The room was kept clean. Just next time more shampoo and body wash. The wallpaper in the bathroom was lifted, the shower curtain looked dirty. But all, in all it was a great room and another great stay. Will definitely come back, and recommend it to my friends and family

Room was ok, shower was kinda gross (caulking and shower head) and it stunk a bit like old cigarettes, but bedding was clean. Pool was chilly and when we woke up the hot tub was freezing (new water on a long weekend? Must have been really gross). Breakfast was amazing, best for a free hotel I've had, and the staff all were wonderful and amazingly helpful. Overall I'd stay again.
