"The hotel room with its convenient bar fridge and microwave and kitchen, the decor of the room and the hotel in general, the hotel’s location, the service, and the amazing buffet on a rooftop terrace were excellent for the price. We were very pleasantly surprised! We were within a few block walk of the Plaza des Armas and the park at Cerrado Santa Lucia. I also want to give a shout-out to Miguel at the front desk who was very helpful and booked us a taxi to the airport. "

"Cold showers the entire stay here, in the middle of winter. Unbelievable. It's a known issue as the front desk says you have to let the water run for an astonishing 30 minutes and "maybe" the water will get warmer. It's one thing to have an unexpected issue, but to rent rooms with such a glaring issue in winter hoping no one will complain is pretty unacceptable. "The room itself isn’t particularly spectacular, but it absolutely delivers great value for the price. Everything was clean and well maintained, the service was attentive, and the breakfast was genuinely excellent. The location is also a major plus—right across the street you’ll find plenty of restaurants and a food court with a wide variety of options. If you’re up for a short walk, the dining choices get even better along Isidora Goyenechea. And if you’ve made it this far into my review, consider it a sign to treat yourself to a meal at Pinpilinpausha—you won’t regret it."
