"For context we're a group of well traveled women in our 40s who booked a moms getaway trip. The property seemed promising- while priced on the higher end the neighborhood (Condado) and what seemed like an upscale stay led us to book here. The host refused to communicate through the VRBO app (huge red flag) and only messaged through WhatsApp. When we arrived I messaged for check-in information to which they responded they needed my license (not stated in VRBO contract) and if I didn't send it...

"We had read previous negative reviews about water pressure for the shower and we were concerned about that. I checked with the property manager prior to going and was told it had been fixed, it had not been fixed and they were not honest with us about it. We took cold showers for a week with very little water pressure. Very disappointed in that. Don’t go if that is a concern and unfortunately I wouldn’t trust them if they it is fixed.
