"This place was amazing. We got the family room, garden view and you were in the rainforest! Small stream, plenty of wildlife ( frogs, hopping mice, fruit bats ). Own on site restaurant plus a pizza place. Happy hour cocktails 4-5pm. 3 pools, we had a private pool late night swims recommended to avoid other people, all heated. Lovely helpful staff, rooms were large and clean. Downsides: no pay tv only free to air so either upgrade or bring a laptop. The 'locals' like to smoke alot and don't stick to the smoking areas they will smoke everywhere and seeps into your room. The mattresses very uncomfortable i had to request a mattress topper. Otherwise i would stay here again. Large and quiet!"

"This is the second time we have stayed at Kristina’s lovely house. It is a very quiet and clean house with plenty of room for a family of 5. The highlight of our stay is the pool being heated adds extra incentive to swim and play in the pool. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen and BBQ has all the equipment to cook a meal. Would definitely stay here again thanks Kristina "

"We had a fantastic stay at Mountain Breeze Retreat. The home is beautifully designed with gorgeous furnishings, stunning views, cool breezes and a well‑equipped kitchen. Everything was spotless, the beds were super comfy, and the pool was a standout — crystal clear, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing. The hosts were wonderfully friendly, gracious and helpful when needed, and their sweet little poodle made the stay even more special. We’d return in a heartbeat!"

"This was a thoroughly enjoyable place to stay. It was spacious, clean and well equipped. The air conditioning also worked extremely well. The bed was very comfortable with space around it to move. The kitchen space was small but highly functional. I must add that the convection stove worked extremely well but there was a bit of a learning curve to turn it on. Thankfully, there was a manual in the bottom kitchen drawer. The photos posted on the website did not do justice to the elegance of this place. It was gorgeous. I loved the phone charger outlets that were located on each side of the bed and on the desk. Since traveling with a phone is universal, I think all places should have these type of outlets. They are not expensive but make life so much easier. The pool and deck outside the room were so convenient. We had our morning coffee outside everyday while being entertained by the birds. The yard was tastefully landscaped and maintained. It was also full of birds all day long which filled the air with peaceful bird songs. The property is located in a quiet suburb so the only sounds you hear are the birds.Jen was great at communicating and always proactive. I loved this place. I'd highly recommend it to any couple. "

"The layout of the property was good, however it needs some maintenance.The air con in the ground floor bedroom is very old and loud, we needed ear plugs to sleep.The upstairs toilet when flushed sends a noisy vibration throughout the house.The power point near the sink in the kitchen is very loose.For the price, you would expect at least queen beds in all of the rooms rather than double beds."

"The setting for this tiny house makes up for any shortcomings. The views are spectacular and the surrounding country is beautiful. However, be prepared that this really is a tiny house! There wasn't room to put a normal sized suitcase so we ferried things from the car. Luckily, the weather is always gorgeous and sitting outside looking over the valley was incredibly relaxing. "
