"This is a fantastic hotel specially if u hav children as thers a play park on site thers a massive chess board outside on ground thers a large connect 4 on the outside garden area with picnic tables and a large area even for playing ball and then a lake to walk to if u wish. "I wanted ground floor unit due to 2 people having mobility issues. sent property a request for this with no reply. arrived to be told on 2nd level with stairs as the only access. asked if we could change to ground level & told no sorry. This made our stay difficult for the ones navigating the stairs with their mobility issues "
