"very clean, approachable and professional staff, immediate attention to remedy problems if any, rooms are very nice and comfortable. Loved the bed, super comfy. beautiful SPA . Was able to book a few tours and they were all good tours. having hotel transportation to the malls and the beach was a bonus."

"I have stayed at several Millennium group hotels around Dubai and to be honest I have never been disappointed with any of them. This was also a good experience. With I being a VIP hotel they upgraded my room Without me even having to ask which was appreciated. The room was clean and pleasant as were all the staff I came across. Only negative I can think of and this might be me just being precious was the wait time for the lifts. But overall would definately reccomen"
