"Great for our needs. No TV. Small beds. Safe. Small town. No lighting outside so careful entering when dark. This is most likely for viewing Northern lights. We used a flashlight. "I loved this property. The location is tough to beat, on a secluded bay that you feel like you have to yourself. The rooms have an authentic-feeling rustic charm and are very comfortable. The public areas, including the terrific restaurant, scenic outdoor seating, sauna, and the 2d floor aquavit bar are all impressive. That is my only complaint-that they didn't tell us about the bar on checkin. We only discovered it our last night at the hotel after it had closed. Don't miss it. Staff was uniformly great. "
