"The sound and view of the brook next to the house was our favorite part of our stay. Incredibly peaceful and tucked away but with easy access to the highway to grab essentials in Hardwick or at the general store in East Calais. "

"My family and I had a very peaceful stay here. The house is lived in, clean, and homey. This made me feel more comfortable staying with dogs and two teenagers. The views are beautiful and the quiet and privacy was an added bonus. I really enjoyed walking down to the water in the morning to see the sunrise each day. A few things that could use some care are the grill and one of the TVs. Otherwise, this was a lovely stay."
