"This property was spotless and well equipped. It is a bit ‘off the beaten track’, but in a lovely location and within walking distance of an excellent village shop. There is another property adjoining this one. The provision of a swimming pool enhanced this property greatly. Although we only met the host, Helen, twice she was most pleasant and helpful. Would certainly recommend this accommodation if one is looking for peace and solitude and yet it is only about 5 miles from Romsey."

"We were greeted by our host who had kindly allowed us to deposit our luggage ahead of moving into the cottage. The cottage itself is cosy and well appointed with an Aga stove in the kitchen that keeps the cottage warm. It has a small but well kept garden with table and chairs for outside dining if desired. "You feel like part of the village. There is ample space in and outside. Our children loved the pool, trampoline, lawn, and helping Helen in her garden. The farm fresh eggs were a nice touch and we enjoyed our daily walks to the Lockerly market. Above all, we enjoyed Helen's company. We'll definitely be back."

"Everything about this property is amazing, location is fantastic and the deer were behind the house when we were unpacking. Very clean and will definitely be going back. The room was uncomfortably hot and the small amount the windows opened and fan were no use. Our shower was totally blocked but it was sorted. Cleanliness of the apartment was not to my standard. "
