"Magnificent grounds, the approach on driving towards the Hall is stunning. It's a beautiful historic building with a very pleasant bar with lovely outdoor seating overlooking the grounds open until 10pm. Staff were polite, friendly and attentive. The breakfast was amazing. "The hotel is in a great location, approximately 15 minute walk to the town centre and Kings College, There is parking on site, which is payable for customers who have not booked directly through hotel website. Blue Badge holders park for free. Hang onto your parking ticket, as you'll need it to exit the barrier. "Loved the location of this hotel, just a couple of minutes walk from the station so ideal if arriving by train, as we were. Plenty of good cafes, pubs and mini supermarkets close by. Staff were friendly and helpful, couldn't fault them. Cafe on the ground floor was also a bonus, food and drinks fab. Will definitely stay here again."
