"From the Booking to check out it was an Amazing Experience.Walk out the back and you are right on RiverStreet. We had River View room and it was Great .windows were So clean, to be able to see clearly. Stay there and you Will Not Regret it."

"Air conditioning was about the only good thing. There was massive construction going on which they said started at 10 but began atleast an hour earlier. Room was dirty. Boyfriend has pictures. Staff was incredibly unfriendly. One female maid smiled. Interacted witb atleast 5 other staff members."

Our room was unfortunately on the opposite side of the elevator shaft so we heard the knocking of the elevator throughout the stay. Morning breakfast options were cold and limited. Also, there is an additional $75 per night charge at check in. While familiar with incidental charges, $75/night is excessive."

"The room was fine and moderately clean. You could see the updates put into the hotel as a whole. But, MY GOD, it smelled like something DIED right outside the hotel. I don't know if they were having issues with their sewage system, but the smell did not just stay outside. Inside their tiny laundry room (it was outrageously expensive to wash and dry one load btw), there was a drain hole in the middle of the floor. It smelled foul. Almost made me wonder if my clothes would get clean, but luckily it didn't impact the machines. Overall, the room was fine, the customer service at the front desk was average, but they really should figure out where that awful smell was coming from to get a higher rating."
