"Beautiful"

"We loved our stay at this hotel from the double king-size beds to the happy hour downstairs, the property was well maintained, great location, and the room was wonderful and as expected. Would absolutely stay here again. Worth noting, there is a rooftop bar that we didn’t get to check it out. And valet parking is a little deceiving. We checked in and asked how much it was. He told us $25, to find out at check out that is only if you are visiting. Overnight it is $55 - totally fine, but the...

"The hotel is nice and conveniently located, about a 10-15 minute walk from City Market and other downtown attractions. One feature we especially appreciated was the complimentary transportation service from the hotel to the city center. Overall, a comfortable stay and a good choice for visiting Savannah."

"Overall a good experience. Their key machine was not working when we checked in, so someone had to go with us and let us in. Somewhat of an inconvenience every time we left the room, someone had to let us in. The machine was fixed by the middle of 2nd day. The trashcans in the room are too small, especially the kitchen one. There is only one other in the bathroom. There should be another in the living room too"

"I was surprised to learn that rooms only get cleaned every other day. I realize you could ask for it to be done daily. It is crazy how room prices have increased yet service decreased. I paid extra for daily breakfast only to find out the menu basically offered eggs in different ways. On first day a Monday they ran out of fruit salad ( option with every meal) by 9am. Coffee only had oat milk as an option. Milk not available. No cereal, yogurt, pancakes. Omelet had to be sent back since cook just...

"Great place in a great location."

"We had to get our own towels and toilet paper when needed. Never came into our room to empty trash. The free breakfast items was used for several days (you can tell) The light in the bathroom was so bright for when people are sleeping at night. They never emptied the trash in the bathroom near the front desk Even after I said something."

"The place smelled like someone was smoking weed."

"Check-in was remote and not super convenient when trying to do this from the sidewalk with your cellphone. There was a 50- fee for early check-in that was not expected. My electronic room lock was not functioning but a kind housekeeper was able to get me into my room. Overall I liked it -- but the check-in and phone support would make me think twice next time."
