"Very mixed feelings
On the positive side, hotel is resort like with huge premises, 4 pools, spa, many bars and restaurants, a casino. Rooms were big and beds comfortable
On the negative, rooms needed update, windows were not cleaned, service was mixed (some great, some very bad, such as Santiago from reception and Ana from quality), shuttle to airport only every one hour, distance to airport 15 min due to a huge loop although hotel is very close, jacuzzi had no hot water, lobby bars were...
"We stayed here last week. The room we got was the first room right around the corner and behind check in. It was a loud room. Asked for another. They gave us the next door room, and same thing. Didn't like the a/c condenser (located outside) sound which is for the whole facility a/c and was located next to those rooms.
When we again asked for a room without noise, it seemed to become an issue. Manager spent over 15 minutes finding us a room. The place was not filled. It almost seemed there were...
