Luxuriously appointed holiday home overlooking the centre of town. One of Barwon Heads original houses with a commanding and central location. Accommodating between 10-14 people (6-8 adults + kids or 10 adults) across 5 bedrooms (3 Queen + 2 X 4 Single Bunks) in wonderful 'family-luxe' style ideal for extended family groups (or 2 or 3 golf foursomes). Simply arrive and unwind. Who needs cars (5 OSP spaces) when everything is so close by ... cafes, the famous pub, the beaches and the Golf Clubs all moments from the front door. Stroll back from the beach (a sneaky drink in the beer garden at the pub as you pass-by is nothing to be ashamed of ...), wash the sand away in the secluded outdoor shower and slip into happy hour and a BBQ on the deck watching the world pass by. For those with kids - set them up with a movie on the big screen, a board game in the 2nd living room or connect them to the unlimited broadband. For the rest, head out for a night cap at a nearby bar or take in the live music on offer at the pub if you can muster the energy for another 150m stroll! All bedding, linen and bath towels supplied - just remember to bring your beach towel, bathers, sunscreen and sunnies and you are set. It really doesn't get any more comfortable and cruisy than this. Life's hard but somebody has to do it ....

Brilliant- Exceeded all expectations
We booked to attend a wedding @theheads with a group of friends. The location was perfect with everything walking distance. The house has so many spaces and every room beautiful. The thoughtful additions throughout the house made our stay perfect. We ordered platter boxes in from Annie's Provedore. Towels were fresh and fluffy, beautiful sheets, views, games and beer and wine in the fridge. We are so grateful. It made our experience of our daughter's wedding even better Thank you

Fantastic
We loved our stay in Barwon Heads. This property is in the perfect location - just park the car and walk everywhere. The house has beautiful appliances and is meticulously presented. The host went out of his way to make the stay enjoyable and easy for the guest. From firewood (which came in very useful as the weather turned cold) to sauces, condiments and everything you needed to just walk in and start enjoying your trip. Great safe place for the kids to run around while you sit on the balcony watching the world go by We will definitely be returning.

Family time
The second time we have stayed at this property and we hope to return. The house comfortably accommodated our family of 6 adults and eight children plus the family dog. A beautiful house, with generous outdoor spaces located very close to the shopping and restaurant area plus the beach.Brad the host was very helpful and the welcome ‘happy hour ‘ supplies were a lovely surprise.

Ideal Staff Retreat !
After contacting the owner about this property there was swift and friendly interaction, this continued right through until after checkout and was much appreciated. These high standards were echoed within the property once we arrived. We booked it for a staff retreat/workshop after Covid ruined our plans to attend a 2 day interstate conference. We were attending our training/conference through zoom so the fabulous tv/tech set up allowed us to easily stream into the main living area. The lay out of this property for staff groups was ideal. Large enough to have our own space - 3 seperate toilets and two bathrooms, Parking offsite for 4 cars, several different outdoor entertaining areas including fire pit worked really well for different sessions. Also being able to walked straight across the road direct to coffee shops and 100m up the road to the local little supermarket was awesome as allowed staff a quick change of scenery between zoom sessions to break up the day. Morning beach walks and swims are about 500 meters from the front door ( maybe less) and a couple of different places for after work drinks within super easy walking distance. This property was immaculately presented. Every little detail was on point even down to the “dove” soap supplied in the showers. Towels were luxury as was the linen. If you’re looking for a location to take your staff we’re everyone can have their own space but come together as one this is the house you should book ! All staff noted that it would also be an awesome place to bring a couple of families for the weekend or an extended stay. Congratulations to the owners for being so vigilant about their standards. Highly recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
