The biggest problem was the inability to communicate with anyone the first night & being forced to check into another, more expensive hotel for the night. Otherwise beautiful location, nearby beaches, restaurants & groceries. Front desk very helpful"

"Beautiful hotel. My booking was not confirmed by Expedia, it took me around 45 minutes to sort it on the chat line but they were great as were staff. Great amenities, pool was beautiful and close to beach and restaurants. "

"It was all great, nice lication, very nice view and Great staff and service. Only thing I missed was a robe, would be nice to get out of the shower into the air conditioning and there was no price list for the items on minibar so when we checked out I asked about that and they said the staff should have told us they were complimentary, shopping centre just downstairs with loads of portion for food and shopping, including gym, there are free parking spaces just outside the hotel which we used for 2 days and it was fine. Valenbisi stations at the hotel door as well. No complaints here. "
