"This apartment is located in a residential area, however if you have a car, there is no problem going to Bergamo sightseeing or shopping malls. It is also within a 30 minute drive from the airport. The owner was very kind and flexible with check-in times. The room is clean and has everything. Highly recommended if you are staying with your family."

"The property was very nice and the check in process was easy. It would be good to have a car because Uber and car share services do not work in Varenna. The taxi service is a little sporadic and expensive. The train station is a long walk as is town. The view was great with plenty of space. I would rent here again but only if i had a car"

"Loved it and can’t wait to return! The view is gorgeous—amazing sunsets and, in the morning, Varenna is lit up by the sun. The patio is also right next to an old waterfall/fountain ruin type of thing that is lit up at night and it’s stunning. The inside of the apartment is also fantastic and we loved the very large bathtub and the rain shower heads. A few things to know—it IS the penthouse so there are quite a bit of outside stairs to get to the apartment. It wasn’t really a problem for us but...

"Came all the way from the United States to Milan, and had this stay confirmed by VRBO. I arrive at the property, only to have a mean security guard yell at me and telling me "that my stay was not valid." I then called the host, only have her say that "this stay is no longer available." I was then stuck in Milan without a place to stay. What a nightmare! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!"

"This property is in a great location. It’s has pretty much all one needs. Thomas is a great host and always responds quickly. Having air con helped as it was very hot and when he is able, putting it in all the bedrooms will make it even better. "

Randonnées possibles au départ de la maison. Le lit de la chambre double n'est pas confortable (2 lits collés avec des matelas de hauteurs différentes). Un peu de nettoyage des terrasses serait bienvenu (feuilles et branches mortes, un sac poubelle traine à l'entrée de l'escalier ). Il serait bien d'avoir un peu plus...
