"first room we were assigned had a cracked sink and bathroom mirror, also it was on the top floor right under a heating and cooling unit. Very noisy. we took pictures of the sink and mirror and showed to front desk clerk. she apologized and offered another room. this room was on the first floor, when we tried to enter the room we discovered the door lock would in fact not lock. back to the front desk clerk, she apologized and said that was an easy fix and immediately called maintenance. she said...
