Adventure trip.

Everything was excellent. Cleanliness, beds, linens, plenty of room for 4 adults. Kitchen was great but didn’t use. Close to eating and grocery.

Aspen home

Very comfortable stay. It was 9 of us staying here and the house is more than spacious. Really enjoy the game room. Aspen is 20 min away. Would definitely come back.

Great Stay

We had a great stay at the house. There was plenty of room for us all to hang out together, and also plenty of room for us to have our space to spread out to do our own thing. The house was clean and comfy and communication with the host was speedy and helpful. I would prefer a few more items for baking such as cookie sheets, baking pans etc as the kitchen was great to cook in, however the essentials were available.

Spacious house

House had two large gathering rooms, large kitchen with new appliances and dining area. The kitchen could use some more silverware, dish cloths, baking dishes and a hand mixer. The bathrooms needed wash cloths and bath mats. It was close to a nice walking trail.

Basalt house

Very nice kitchen, large spaces, great location to Basalt and ski areas. Completely satisfied our needs, nice to find a basic house in ski country. Figuring out the heat and thermostats took a little time, and the lights above the kitchen counter never came on. Few wall hangings, decorations, or mirrors. However, I would definitely stay there again.

Spacious, quiet house w/ good location

We had a nice getaway from the City in this renovated ranch home in the countryside. Spacious rooms, good beds, great well supplied kitchen. Bring own condiments including salt and pepper. Nice views from the large patio behind the house. 5-10 minutes from town center of Basalt. Check in was frustrating as we did not get entry code til 4:00pm check in time but everything else about this place was very good. Would recommend it.

Nice Place - Very Spacious

We enjoyed our stay at this place, it was spacious and the two living areas worked well for our extended family getaway. Beautiful kitchen, but with very limited essentials (not stocked with the essentials that you would expect to see). Bedding/blankets were limited for extra pull out beds. Also, there was just one TV in the entire place which was a little surprising. Overall very nice place, just bare bones.

Dirty and weary

We were extremely disappointed. Property dirty, chair cushions stained, blankets with hair. Towels weary, doors and walls dirty. The property is worm down and not well maintained. Not enough silverware, towels and plates. Rugs dirty and worn down. We wrote to the property manager and he sent a cleaning team that helped a lot. But I won’t recommend the property.

Great Host, Better Place, Best Trip!

Just want to get this out of the way at the beginning - the pictures on the listing make the space look smaller than it actually is. The place is comfortable for a larger (max 12) group that is willing to share 2 bathrooms. Randall was very communicative and easy to work with - would stay here again. The kitchen is very spacious and is well stocked with paper towels and cleaning supplies. Could use more of the frequently used condiments (cooking spray, salt/pepper, etc.) Beds are comfortable and the couches (all 3) are HUGE and very comfortable. Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Only slight negative - the water meter squeaks and can be annoying to those sleeping in the den area. All in all - I rate the place a 9.5/10 and will probably stay here again when i am in the area.

Mountain Trip

We stayed here primarily so that we would have decent proximity to Aspen mountains without the price tag that comes along. We enjoyed the property, but there are a few things to note if you stay. If you are a light sleeper I don't recommend staying in the main space. The heater makes a noise that goes all hours and it makes it difficult to get rest if you aren't in a bedroom. The kitchen is bare bones. If you are planning to cook, bring your own oil, spices etc. They have most of the utensils you will need, but are lacking with typical things you would need to cook like salt, pepper, etc. Aside from these things, the place was great. Very comfortable, clean, and an easy check in process.
