"I have stayed in this hotel many times over the years and I have to say I am finally fed up. This hotel sells itself as a 5 star hotel. It isn’t. It is dated and in urgent need of renovation. I stayed in one of the apartments on the 11th floor with my family. There is nothing special about this hotel and I would actually say it is closer to a 3 start hotel. The lobby is impressive, but that is it."
