"The place was very Charming and had a lot of character. Everything was very clean and had all the necessities. The only thing that was a bit of a bummer was the jacuzzi tub was not functional and after walking up and down all of those hills would have felt very nice. The hostess is a very sweet lady. "Great place to stay! We really enjoyed the balcony and people watching. Very simple and close to everything. The only complaint is that there is a punching bag hanging from the balcony so you feel it anytime goes to punch on it as they walk by all through the night :) Very cool spot!!"

"This property was ideal for my family of four. The location was ideal for location. It was far enough from downtown to be away from the loud noises and crowds, but close enough to be able to walk to within five to ten minutes. There was a guaranteed parking space for us in their private parking lot. The couple who ran it were great to my teenage children. They showed off their pet animals. All of my family really enjoyed our stay here. If we ever go back to Eureka Springs, we will definitely try to stay here."
