"My friend and I had a lovely 5 night stay at the RaajKutir - Kolkata. All of the staff were extremely helpful in meeting all of our needs including arranging easy and clear airport transport as well as cars to take us around the city and to temples. Our room was beautiful, spacious and very clean and the food was amazing. The hotel staff including Sous Chef - Ankur Halder, Munshi and Mohan Thapa went out of their way to make us feel welcome and expectations exceed. "Spent 4 nights at the ITC Royal Bengal with two young kids. We were thoroughly impressed by the property, the food but more so the service. During breakfast, the executive chef Mr Ranvijay personally came up and enquired how we were doing. When he saw we have a baby with us, he gave us his personal number so that we can ask for anything for the baby. Which we did and they were always delivered to us right on time. We can't thank him enough for his help. I am going to stay at this place every time I am in Kolkata."
