"Excellent location, reasonable breakfast selection, excellent room service. However, decor of bedroom was lack lustre and dated, nothing like in the website pictures and the breakfast room a dingy blue windowless room at the back full of worn chunky old chairs. Having said that it was a reasonably comfortable stay after we had the old grey bed linen changed to (near) white!"

Washroom is very narrow and metal towel rack has been placed in bad position. I got hit by towel rack and cut my forehead. When I requested front desk staff for band aid, I had to wait around 15mins as they had to run to the pharmacy to buy it for me."
