"Siamton is conveniently located, and we stayed here a second time because last year we had a great experience. This time though our experience wasn't the same. The quality of the food was mediocre, owing to the fact that there was a new manager, and things were not as organized as they were last year. The staff at Siamton are approachable and approaching. "Gopal our housekeeping person was excellent and always helped us. Hotel however has many problems such as low toilet flush pressure, low water pressure in shower, even though we were three people in 2 rooms check-in person refused to give us 2 keys for the double occupancy room - that meant we always had to ask for access. Overall is fine for short stay but not the best for long 2 week stay like ours. Staff at breakfast was friendly and helpful so no issues on that"

"Nice, clean rooms (even if small) and a very good breakfast. Staff was very polite and very helpful. Wish the location was slightly more accessible. Beds are comfortable but there was a lot of activity in the corridor late at night. There is only one lift and no stairs, so it was quite frustrating having to wait for 5 minutes for the lift just to go up one floor to my room. Still, it's excellent value for the amount I paid and I can definitely recommend the hotel."

"The hotel failed to take payment at check-in due to their error. When I noticed, I reached out on WhatsApp and offered to pay, but I was ignored. A month later, they suddenly contacted me and aggressively pursued payment. I paid right away, but they then went silent and still have not provided an invoice despite repeated requests. This was unprofessional and frustrating, and I would caution others about their billing and communication."

"Location in Bidhannagar and walkable to shopping and dining"
