"The room was big with a very comfortable bed. The staff was great especially Alara who works in the Swiss Café. The location of the hotel is great..close to everything. You can literally walk everywhere. The breakfast buffet has everything you can imagine and more. Definitely worth staying here when visiting Izmir."

"I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The cleaning standards were lacking, and the smell of smoke cigarettes permeated the hallways, making it quite uncomfortable. Additionally, I wanted to invite my friend to visit me during my stay, but was shocked to learn that the staff required an extra payment of 500 lira just for a visitor to come to my room. This policy felt unreasonable and added to my disappointment. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience."
