The two floor accommodation has all the amenities for a great stay, including a balcony with table and chairs overlooking the main street through central Orvieto (quiet street, no traffic allowed). Location is fabulous with easy access to all of Orvieto’s famous attractions. Would definitely stay there again!"

"Valerie was very responsive to any questions we had. Valerie also gave us easy-to-follow directions to get to the apartment. Valerie provided plenty of towels, clothes detergent, dish soap. The apartment is in a great location. Also, easy to get to the tourist information office which was always open when we needed it."

"Milva’s Nest Botto is a haven of tranquility set in a gorgeous and restorative garden with a 360 degree view over the Umbrian landscape. I only spent two nights here, but wished I could have stayed longer. The host and her family are very welcoming. The apartment is beautifully appointed and Simona has thought of everything to make your stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible. "Our host “Anna” was wonderful! Although we never met she was quick to respond to emails and provided great recommendations for the surrounding area. There was a bottle of wine on the kitchen table when we got there as a welcome gift. The Goose House was very well furnished and supplied. We had coffee and plenty of choices for a nice breakfast in the morning before. I loved the area and would definitely come back to stay in the Goose House again. Thank you so much Anna!"

"As others have said, even more lovely than photos. We were 8 couples aged 23-77 for a week with room for more. A real advantage is the en suite bathroom situation, albeit some bathrooms and showers roomier than others. Highlight is outdoor dining patio where we took all meals given the mild September weather.
