The apartment comes with a balcony and mini kitchen. Super quiet place and 5-10 mins walk to everywhere. Super friendly and accommodating staff. This is my second visit so it says a lot! I will come again.

Our room had a kitchenette and a terrace. It was great. I'm not sure I was aware of those features when I booked (was booking many parts of our trip all at once so may have overlooked details), but was pleasantly surprised when we got into the room. Would definitely stay here again.

It was fun to stay in the center of the old city. It is tricky, but do-able to navigate there with luggage, but worth the hassles. The city is quaint and beautiful. Sabrina is a gracious host and is very helpful. The apartment was perfect for 3 adults. Sabrina’s nearby wine bar was a fun stop. We would be happy to visit again!

I loved my sweet apartment and especially the lovely terrace. My only regret was that my trip was for one night. I would love to be at Casa Vera for at least a week (preferably LONGER). I look forward to being there again.

The only problem was trying to contact the hotel. Either Hotels .com or the hotel gave the wrong phone number on the confirmation. The hotel was great.

The apartment is very clean. It is very roomy with fluffy towels and nice quality toilet paper. These are the things which is usually indicative of the quality of the property. The landlord cares about her clients. This property was very convenient location and comes with a breakfast at a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend this property for anyone!

Our mini apartment was so cute! Everything was perfect, the balcony behind the bathroom was perfect and the walking distance to the historic center is amazing. Also the owners offering a breakfast for 5 euro ( coffee, cappuccino, hot tea. Yogurt, fruit, fresh orange juice, crostata and biscotti home made very yummy! All of these buffet style.

I cannot recommend this place enough. It is rustic in location, but modern in amenities. Checkin was fast and easy. The staff were friendly and helpful in getting tickets and accomodations set. The location was easy to walk around in, though we are in shape and younger. I was concerned at the quality we might get because the price was so low, but wow. This place made the experience so much better in Orvieto.

Struttura meravigliosa, tutto tenuto ed ordinato in maniera perfetta, personale professionale e cordiale. L'appartamento (noi eravamo al Orchidea) era estremamente grazioso, spazioso e completo di tutti i comfort (tv, condizionatore, asciugacapelli, set di cortesia tra cui anche le ciabatte usa e getta che abbiamo stra gradito in quanto le avevamo dimenticate!!) La posizione è piuttosto centrale ed è vicinissima al Duomo e a circa 900 Mt dal Pozzo di San Patrizio, è ben collegata per cui si arriva bene sia a piedi che coi vari mezzi. Vi consiglio di visitare Orvieto a piedi perché è veramente una città stupenda! Noi abbiamo gustato anche la loro colazione e ne siamo rimasti più che soddisfatti, tutto fatto dai loro chef e continuamente rifornito. Devo dire di essermi trovata così bene che tornerò sicuramente!!! Unica e sola "pecca": il palazzo in cui è sita Casa Vèra è storico e bellissimo ma per chi ha mobilità ridotta è bene specificarlo e prendere un appartamento piano terra o primo piano perché gli scalini sono molto alti e (così come ci si aspetta da un palazzo storico) non sono perfettamente dritti, insomma non sono di marmo. Questa è l'unica pecca che ho da segnalare perché per il resto è stato tutto perfetto e come dicevo non solo ci tornerò, ma lo consiglierò a tutti i miei amici!!! Grazie a tutto lo staff!

Casa Vera exceeded all of our expectations. The personal attention to detail and warmth of the owner and staff are exemplary. Do yourself a favor and book dinner at the Casa Vera Enoteca as well - absolutely incredible food and service.

Man muss hier verschiedene Punkte betrachten - zum einen liegt die Unterkunft mitten im historischen Zentrum von Orvieto wodurch man hier alles fussläufig erreichen kann und gleich mitten im Geschehen ist. Zum anderen hat dies auch ein paar Nachteile. Die Anreise ist etwas kompliziert, da man nur begrenzt in die Altstadt einfahren darf und noch dazu viele enge Gassen vorhanden sind (gerade für größere Autos nicht vorteilhaft). Parken kann man in einem Parkhaus unterhalb der Stadt (hier sind auch die Parkplätze, welche die Unterkunft anbietet). Vom Parkhaus aus führt eine Rolltreppe oder ein Aufzug in die Stadt nach oben. Bei uns waren nur einige Rolltreppen außer Betrieb, weshalb wir das ganze Gepäck mühsam nach oben geschleppt haben (den Aufzug ganz nach oben hatten wir zuerst leider nicht gefunden). Oben angekommen muss man noch ca. 400 Meter mit seinem Gepäck über Pflastersteine bis zur Unterkunft. Dort angekommen hatten wir nochmals ca. 20 höhere Stufen im Gebäude zurückzulegen. Die Wohnung selbst war soweit gut, nur die Klimaanlage war ausschließlich im Wohnzimmer platziert, wodurch im Schlafzimmer nichts mehr davon ankommt. Preis/Leistung war gut, jedoch muss man eben die umständliche Anreise in Kauf nehmen.

Casa Vera is a wonderful guesthouse a few mins walk from the Duomo. My room (Primula) was clean and comfortable and I especially enjoyed the kitchenette and small balcony. I also loved the buffet breakfast which was served in the Cantina Vera. Highly recommended!
