"The property owner does not speak English but was easily able to communicate with WhatsApp. Private. Enclosed parking. I was able to come and go through a private entrance for my vehicle with ease. If you’re looking for an affordable quiet private option to staying near Rome, this is great. A vehicle is a must. The nearby streets of Bracciano near the castle, has cheap and great food. "What a wonderful time we enjoyed in Viterbo! Paola was a most helpful and communicative host from the minute we booked and she was just as great when we met in person at the check in. The property was ideal and perfectly in keeping with the style of old Viterbo. The apartment has all that one could need for a stay and is cosy without being cramped. We enjoyed every aspect of it and until one stays there the value of the parking space cannot be overstated! We hope we get the opportunity to return...

Nella descrizione di Expedia si parlava di vasca idromassaggio e non c'era, è una info bugiarda, inoltre il riscaldamento era gestito unicamente con condizionatori e ne bastava uno acceso per far scattare la corrente. La proprietaria si è resa disponibile offrendoci una stufa a gas ma la struttura è stata comunque deludente rispetto alla descrizione."

Location is nice if you want to be a bit away from the city center, about a 10 minute walk to the train station wasn’t bad at all. I would definitely stay here again!! "The property expirience does not match pictures on expedia. We didn't get property as it was on picture when I made booking on expedia.it. On my request they gave me apropriate apartment but in 10pm! they asked me to pay full price of that apartment although I already paid most of that amount throught reservation.. on a side fact that I booked that better apartment according to pictures on expedia.. Generaly, resort in some kind of wood and looks pretty crippy..the most of apartments are pretty...
